Quality standards at Global Nucleonics go beyond product design and manufacturing. It is our policy to also provide quality service. Customers have come to recognize the benefits of our on time delivery as well as the support of Global Nucleonics' technical staff and production literature.
The Global Nucleonics manufacturing facility is equipped with state-of-the-art high Vacuum Equipment which is essential for quality radiation detectors. Our electronic test department is computer automated for efficiency and accuracy.
All Global Nucleonics radiation detectors are built in accordance with all applicable standards for quality control within the nuclear industry, such as Regulatory Guide 8.6 and 10CFR50 Appendix B.
Global Nucleonics' test procedures conform to those outlined in the IEEE "Standards Test Procedures for Geiger-Müller Counters", ANSI/IEEE standard 309-1970/1980 and the IEC Recommendations, Publication 151-25: "Methods of Measurement of GM Counter Tubes" Global Nucleonics' quality assurance program exceeds MIL-I-45208A and meets much of the criteria outlined in MIL-Q-9858A.
Global Nucleonics warrants all products to be free from any defect in material or workmanship for a period of one year. Global Nucleonics will replace, without charge, any prepaid product returned and determined by Global Nucleonics to exhibit such defects. No other warranty is implied. Return authorization is required. Please supply a statement of alleged defects with any return product.
